Gibson Pro Media (GPM) Solutions is a team of independent media experts led by Des Gibson who has over 30 years’ experience at the very top of the Irish print media.
Des was the overall Editor and Managing Editor at four Irish National Newspaper titles and their associated websites, including The Irish Daily Star, Star Sunday, The Sunday World and The Herald, leading large talented teams through challenging times for the print media.
The award-winning journalist is also a best-selling author and publicist, publishing 10 books during his time as founder and Head of Publishing at Paperweight Publications. Des holds a Masters Hons. Degree in Business from the IMI/UCC and Diploma in Leadership from the Scandinavian Institute (SIMI) in Copenhagen.
